Washing Supplies Direct Ltd

1. Stock Availability

If any goods ordered are out of stock or not expected back in stock within seven (7) days, you will be notified by email and given the option to:

a) wait for new stock to arrive,

b) receive alternative goods of equal value, or

c) request a refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

2. Delivery

• Once your order has been confirmed, payment received, and goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours.
• Orders shipped outside the UK via foreign postal services or customs authorities are not covered by our refund guarantee unless the goods are returned to us.
• In the unlikely event that incorrect goods are sent, we will either arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label.
• If a customer refuses delivery without error on our part, the item will be returned to us. A 20% restocking fee will apply, along with the cost of outbound and return delivery. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed a breach of these Terms & Conditions unless the order was incorrect or damaged in transit.
• A signature is required for all deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to these delivery conditions.

3. Cancellations

• Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within seven (7) days of purchase.
• Cancellations are only valid once goods (if dispatched) are returned to us in the same condition as received.
• All costs incurred for returning goods must be covered by the customer.

4. Prices

We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate and up to date. However, circumstances beyond our control may result in price changes without notice.

5. Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in mint, unopened condition, at the customer’s expense.
• Upon receipt, we will notify you by email and confirm when a refund has been issued.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

6. Import Duties

• Orders placed outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These must be paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of Washing Supplies Direct Ltd.
• Customers ordering from outside the EU or from the Channel Islands will incur a 20% administration charge, included in the prices shown on our website.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Customers accessing the website from outside these territories are responsible for compliance with local laws.

8. Copyright

All content on this website is protected by copyright law. All rights are owned or licensed to Washing Supplies Direct Ltd. You may copy or save material for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal details with third parties. By providing your email address and/or phone number, you agree to be contacted regarding your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Washing Supplies Direct Ltd provides this website and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

Except where expressly stated, Washing Supplies Direct Ltd and its affiliates, directors, employees, or representatives shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including (but not limited to):

• damage to property,
• claims by third parties.

For the avoidance of doubt, Washing Supplies Direct Ltd does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
